In the past 3 years, TFS has attracted over $800,000 in Grants and Sponsorships because we are recognised for our ability to deliver the services producers on the Southern Tablelands need. Without you as a member we cannot attract this funding. Please invest $500 in your enterprise. In addition to your individual benefits, for every $500 we deliver $4,000 in projects straight back to our community.
Each Member Pays $500 annually to receive:
- Free Soil and Worm Egg Count tests valued at $500
- Member Only Access to Farming Forecaster Tool
- Seasonal forecasts (spring & autumn)
- Expert advice at field days
- Ongoing research projects to address local issues – determined by members
- Relevant fact sheets, papers, climate, soil moisture and temperature data, online
- Business benchmarking
Our current activities include the Soil Moisture Probe Network that underpins our seasonal outlook updates. A long term Soil Assessment Program providing members with free annual soil testing and access to pooled results to provide an insight into soil fertility across the region. Various, ongoing pasture research projects. We deliver regular training, workshops and field days.
